My experience of using this tool has been amazing, partly because of the level of customer support that they provide. Their customer service team is very helpful and responds promptly with a response time of as low as 2 minutes. You can get customer support via chat, phone, or email.

I would also like to mention that even though this platform may seem a bit overwhelming at first, it is actually fairly easy to use. Moreover, they have created tons of useful resources that you can leverage to help you use this platform properly.

Let me start by saying that I am absolutely in love with the data and analytics capabilities of this platform. It can collect customer data from multiple sources and combine it to provide a single unified view of each customer.

Using Exponea’s unified Single Customer View dashboard, you can see any customer’s data, including their demographics, past purchases, preferences, and predicted future behavior. And, it stores long-term historical data, not just a few sessions.
