With over 20 years in digital and social media marketing, Spike Jones currently serves as the General Manager for the Strategic Services team at Khoros. He has a background in creating integrated digital and word-of-mouth programs and has worked with big companies like BMW, USAA, Target, etc. He was also the chairperson of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and presented at national conferences like the AMA Leadership Conference. Spike Jones also co-authored the book, “Brains on Fire: Igniting Powerful, Sustainable, Word of Mouth Movements.” Currently, he lives in Austin, Texas.
